DEIB Leadership Series 2026

The 2026 Leadership Equity Workshop Series is a curated learning series designed for leaders, managers, HR professionals, board members, and community practitioners seeking practical tools to lead with equity, cultural humility, and accountability. The series intentionally combines online lunch and learns with in person certificate based workshops to balance accessibility with depth. Online sessions provide timely insight and shared learning, while in person workshops offer space for deeper dialogue, reflection, and applied practice.

This series is grounded in lived experience, evidence informed practice, and over three decades of leadership in equity, anti racism, and community transformation.
